Kindergarten Registration and Orientation

In January or February each year, the Division holds information sessions for parents of children preparing to enter kindergarten. The sessions are held at the individual schools. Information is provided on the program, the operation of support services, the French language program, and formal registration procedures. Registration is ongoing.

If you or someone you know has a child due to enter kindergarten, please help us to make sure that all students are registered before the end of March. This will ensure that the school will be staffed to support these new students.

Kindergarten and Grade One students begin school in “staggered entrance”. The administrative secretary manages the grouping of students (a boy / girl balance and students from the same street in the same group), and the preparation for the notice to parents.
